Can I sell your eyelets on EBay? If you were a customer of The Happy Hammer prior to May 1st, 2003 and sell eyelets on any of the auction sites - EBay, Yahoo, etc, then we need to have your Auction ID on file as soon as possible. You may email it to us at your earliest convenience. We are NOT accepting any new auction seller accounts, and have signed up with EBay's VeRo program and will ask EBay to cancel any auction that is selling Happy Hammer Eyelets and has not been authorized to do so. You may read a little more about our policy on our EBay about me page: http://members.ebay.com/aboutme/the-happy-hammer/ If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us. What is your return policy? We want our customers happy. We accept returns of unused product in the original condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of original receipt date. Contact us for instructions. Please note that non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is not refunded. What kind of packaging do you offer? This product comes in either bulk bags or individual bags with hang holes. We have a counting scale so we can package the eyelets quickly and accurately. If you want to buy tons of eyelets in bulk, we will gladly recommend a counting scale. We are happy with ours at around $250. Well worth the expense if you do this a lot. I have heard that eyelets will corrode. Will this hurt my page? Hogwash! Go look in the vacant field across town and try to find a rusty or corroded soda pop can. Or explain how my aluminum step ladder has weathered 20 years on the side of my house and still holds me like it is brand new. Although it is true that all metals oxidize, this is what protects the metal. Just worry if the metal has iron in it (rust). A test with a magnet will identify any item that contains iron...if the magnet sticks - it has iron in it. Can the 1/8" eyelets be nested inside the 3/16" eyelets? Yes. Can I buy some just for me? Do you need tons and have a business license? We sell wholesale only. We believe that a company should be either a wholesale company or a retail company. We don't want to compete against our customers so we will only sell wholesale. You can look on this website to see if there is a retailer near you. There are also online stores who sell our product. Do you sell hammers? Good question considering our name...but alas...the answer to that most frequently asked question is no. We haven't found a good source at a competitive price.
